Employee Assistance Program

At times, all of us experience personal problems which seem too difficult to handle alone. Often we may discuss these problems with a close friend or relative. However, seeking professional guidance can be difficult, especially when we do not know where to turn. That is where the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) can help.

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a confidential counseling/referral service available to all employees and their eligible household members. The program is designed to help those experiencing difficulties which may interfere with personal health, family relationships or their job responsibilities.  All employees and their immediate household members are eligible to use the program.

COMMON CONCERNS HANDLED BY THE EAP PROGRAM INCLUDE …

  • Marital and family problems
  • Depression
  • Stress
  • Drug or Alcohol Abuse
  • Financial Problems
  • Work Issues
  • Other Personal Concerns

HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS
A professional counselor will meet privately with those who request help through the Employee Assistance Program (EAP). The counselor can provide initial counseling and referral to appropriate resources needed to address specific problems. Employees who have questions or feel that they could benefit from the EAP program are encouraged to contact Casey & Associates directly. Ph: 1-844-523-3361
