Employee Assistance Program

At times, all of us experience personal problems which seem too difficult to handle alone. Often we may discuss these problems with a close friend or relative. However, seeking professional guidance can be difficult, especially when we do not know where to turn. That is where the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) can help.

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a confidential counseling/referral service available to all employees and their eligible household members. The program is designed to help those experiencing difficulties which may interfere with personal health, family relationships or their job responsibilities.  All employees and their immediate household members are eligible to use the program.

A professional counselor will meet privately with those who request help through the Employee Assistance Program (EAP). The counselor can provide initial counseling and referral to appropriate resources needed to address specific problems. Casey & Associates partners with Legal/Financial Assist to offer legal and financial resources to you and your family.

These Services Include:
LEGAL: You are entitled to one initial thirty minutes office or telephone consultation per separate legal matter at no cost with a local network attorney. In the event that you wish to retain a participating attorney after the initial consultation, you will receive a preferred rate reduction of 25% from the attorney’s normal hourly rate. Legal forms preparation is available.

FINANCIAL SERVICES: You are entitled to no cost telephonic consultation with Financial Assists financial counselors. Typical matters include credit counseling, debt and budgeting assistance, tax planning, retirement and college planning questions. Telephone consultations are generally limited to thirty minutes per issue. Local referrals are available for more complex financial planning issues. There is also an option to purchase additional services as needed.
